Bijou Elgin will highlight some traditional favourites and some new Scottish home bakes in this first week of Taste of Summer!
Using the best of local ingredients we will feature Tablet scones, Highlander Shortbread, Macaroons amongst a host of other Granny’s Favourite home bakes.
Watch our social channels for the daily exclusive and make sure to grab a bag of our homemade fudge or tablet. As always made in house never from mixes!
