A 5-course summer menu, with each course paired with a cocktail. Either enjoy the full 5 courses or select the courses you would most like to try. You start with an amuse-bouche, then:

Wee Plate: Fish Taco paired with Lime Margarita
Starter: Scallops paired with Lavandula
Palate Cleanser: Spiced Apple Sorbet with Whisky
Main Course: Lobster Tail with Sangria
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Gateaux paired with Atholl Brose

The Taste Of Summer Specials are available alongside our à la carte menu during our normal opening hours from Wednesday to Sunday, 5th June to 9th June, and 12th June to 16th June, from 17:00 to 22:00.
